You may use Merge AI for lawful purposes only. You may not probe, scrape, or attack our infrastructure; circumvent limits; misuse APIs; or upload content you lack rights to process.

Accounts

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Content & licenses

You retain rights to files you provide. You grant Merge AI a limited license to host, process, and display content only as required to operate the service you select. Do not submit illegal or infringing materials.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” Browser-based processing depends on your device capabilities. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Verify critical documents (contracts, resumes, financial records) before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms or our products. Material changes will be indicated by revising the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
